Facebook Ads Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Develop and execute data-driven Facebook ad strategies that align with business goals.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals, and manage the design process as needed.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure effective targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, features, and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance for stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with other digital marketing channels is a plus.
